All financial transactions on the zpjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). zpjili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (e-wallets)
• Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. zpjili does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

zpjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zpjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zpjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude zpjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the zpjili Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
